Building community through outreach and education.
The Portsmouth Master Gardeners Association (PMGA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting sustainable gardening and environmental stewardship in Portsmouth, Virginia, and surrounding communities.
As trained volunteers under the Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE), we provide research-based, environmentally sound gardening education to help local residents cultivate thriving gardens, improve water quality, and care for their landscapes.
